Free Shipping: Any order over $50 qualifies for free shipping nationwide.
Order handling: My Rover’s Shop handles all the orders on behalf of your clinic. This means you can contact My Rover, rather than your clinic, for order questions. Our customer service team can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
Order shipping times: Orders placed prior to 2pm on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders after 2pm will go out the following business day.
Delivery Times: Your orders are express delivered – we ship all orders overnight, for next-day delivery.
Rural delivery: Rural deliveries may add an extra day to the delivery.
Delivery when you’re not home: If there is no-one home, the courier will leave your order in a safe and secure place.
Weekend delivery: Currently we only deliver on business days.
PO Box delivery: We cannot ship goods to PO Boxes – we will need a residential or work address.
Click and Collect: Click and Collect is available for clinics which choose to have this service. Your clinic will contact you once your order has arrived.
Changing orders: We can cancel or change your order up until the time that the order has been. To change or cancel an order please contact our customer services team at email@example.com
Refunds: Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
Returning a product or order: If you have received incorrect goods, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a return.
